Join Our Loyalty Program

Join our loyalty program and start earning rewards on your Royal Privilege Card (RPC). Visit the Royal Privilege Card booth at any of our stores, complete the application form, and claim your physical card in two ways:

• Pay a minimal fee of Php 50 for your physical card.
• Present Royal Duty Free receipts from the last three (3) months with an accumulated worth of Php 3,000. Receipts should not have been used previously to claim Royal Privilege points.

Don’t forget to bring along a valid ID. All shoppers over 18 are welcome to join our program.

The Benefits of Royal Loyalty

Earn points

To earn points, present your card to the cashier prior to making a purchase. Points may be earned through cash, debit card, and credit card transactions.

One Philippine Peso spent earns you one point, and 100 points is equivalent to Php 1.00 value (1,000 points = Php 10, 10,000 points = Php 100, and so on). Peso values are rounded off to the nearest whole number (e.g., Php 1,525.50 will earn 1,526 points). These points will automatically convert to currency in your Royal e-wallet, which you may use to pay for future purchases at any Royal Duty Free stores. 

Points may also be earned when purchasing our gift card, though using gift cards as a mode of payment will not earn points. Similarly, items purchased with Merchandise Return Slips do not earn points.

Check your points balance

You can check your points through our store cashiers or at the Royal Privilege Card booth at our stores. Earned points expire every year on March 31st. We encourage customers to use their points within the year to avoid forfeiture of points.

Pay with points

You may use your accumulated points to pay for purchases at Royal Duty Free. To redeem your points, simply present your card to the cashier upon payment, and the points in your Royal e-wallet will automatically be allocated to your total bill. You may need to pay the remaining balance if the bill is greater than the points available.

Upgrade to Gold

The Gold Card is awarded to True Blue loyalty program members who meet certain monthly minimum purchase requirements. To be upgraded to Gold status, you must:

1. Be an active True Blue member for at least one (1) year;
2. Shop at any Royal Duty Free store at least three (3) times in the last six (6) months; and
3. Spend an accumulated total of Php 50,000 over at least three (3) visits during the qualifying period. We conduct periodic reviews of our loyalty program records, and members identified to meet the qualifications will automatically be upgraded to Gold status—no need to apply!

How to claim your Gold Card

1. Visit the Royal Privilege Card Booth at any Royal Duty Free store to surrender your True Blue card and update your profile.
2. Once activated, you will receive your Gold Card with the same name and membership date as your original card. All remaining points on your True Blue membership will also automatically be transferred to your new Gold account.

1. A bonus of 5,000 points when you purchase during your birth month;

Terms and Conditions

All valued members of our loyalty program are asked to remember the following:

1. A member’s Royal Privilege Card (RPC) account will be marked inactive following two (2) years without a recorded purchase. Upon the third year of inactivity, the account will be removed from our system.
2. To collect points, members must present their card to the cashier before making a payment. If no card is presented at the time of checkout, no points will be allocated to the member’s account for that purchase.
3. For members’ safety, the loss of your card must immediately be reported to the personnel at the RPC booth. Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc. will not be held liable for the loss or unauthorized use of lost cards.
4. Abuse, failure to follow terms and conditions, and/or misrepresentations may be used as a basis for Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc. to revoke one’s RPC membership at any time. Revocation of membership will affect the concerned individual’s future participation in the program.
5. A member’s Points, as recorded in the RPC Loyalty Program System, shall be deemed correct and accurate.
6. Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of the RPC program at any time, with prior notice to its members.
7. In the event that the program is terminated, due notice to all existing members will be given at least 60 days prior to the end of the program. Members must use up all remaining points within said 60 days prior to the program’s termination.
8. Any failure of Royal Duty Free Shops, Inc. to enforce a particular term, condition, or guideline does not equate to these being waived.
9. Members are subject to and deemed to have accepted the RPC Loyalty Program’s Terms and Conditions upon signing off on the RPC Application Form.
