How to Shop at Royal Duty Free Online

For decades, Royal Duty Free has been bringing quality goods to Filipino families in its physical stores. A full pantry, a stocked fridge, a home that has what it needs: that’s the everyday Royal Duty Free wants to spark.

Now, that same everyday is just a few taps away! You can now reserve Royal items online and pick them up in-store on your preferred schedule. No lines, just your favorite groceries, ready when you are.

Here’s how to shop at Royal Duty Free online:

Step 1: Go to royalstores.com.

Open the link on any device. You can start browsing right from the homepage.

Step 2: Sign in to your account.

Enter your email and we’ll send you a 6-digit code. Type the code into the webpage to log in. Each code can only be used once and expires after 15 minutes. If it expires, you can always request for a new one.

Step 3: Register for a Royal Privilege Card (RPC) membership.

Online reservations are available to RPC members only. If you don't have a membership yet, you’ll need to register for one first. Here’s how:

• On the homepage, go to Our Loyalty Program.
• Tap Become a Member to register, or;
• Tap RPC Membership to learn more about the perks and tiers.

For RPC members who wish to link a missing email address or recover a forgotten one, reach us at royalpromotions@royalstores.com.ph.

Step 4: Browse the Collections.

Our shelves are now online! Explore over 13 Collections, from Pantry Essentials to Pet Care. Find everything on your list just like you would in-store, minus the crowds and the rush.

Step 5: Shop and add items to your cart.

Take your time choosing the items you want. Adjust the quantity, tap Add to Cart for each one, and repeat until your shopping list is complete.

Step 6: When ready, tap the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.

Check that everything on your shopping list is in your cart. You can add or subtract item quantities here, or remove an item from your cart completely.

Step 7: Select your preferred Pickup Schedule.

You’ll also find the pickup schedule dropdown on the cart page. Select your preferred date and time here. The available options are:

• Same day, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Same day, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Next day, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m
• Next day, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Heads up, store pickup is only available at our Palm Street Store.

Step 8: Proceed to Checkout.

Review your items and pickup schedule. Once everything looks good, tap Checkout to continue. You can always go back to your cart if you need to make changes.

Step 9: Complete your info, then tap Confirm Order.

Make sure your details are right, so the store can prepare your items. Then tap Confirm Order, and you’re all set! A confirmation will be sent to your email.

How to Pick Up

Go to the Royal Personal Shopper (RPS) Office to pick up your order. You'll be directed to a dedicated cashier for payment. Remember to have your Royal Privilege Card or QR code ready when you pay to earn RPC Points!

When you pick up your order, don’t forget to bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID. If someone else is picking up for you, they need to bring the same documents.

Keep in mind that the prices you see online are a guide. Your final total will be shown at the cashier when you pay and pick up your purchases.
